It was a project that scared me and thrilled me at the same time.
I wasn’t even sure I should sell it. {long story that included many opinions and lots of whining and worrying on my part}
But I’m happy with the way it turned out {and thankful for ALL the feedback from my junking buddies}:
At least one customer liked it, too. She liked it enough to take it home. Almost instantly.
I have one more in the works, but it’ll be a while before I figure out some wiring issues.
Remember my day of procrastination? {just that ONE day. ha.} The day I didn’t paint but instead chose to remove crystals from a neglected light fixture? Well that light fixture, once stripped of its crystals, served as the bones for this hanging lamp. A little wiring work, a stamped and stitched cord cover, and some stamped-on book pages clipped to the frame turned it into something new. And lovely. Hope it’s enjoying its new home…
Happy Friday!
